When defensive stud Micheal Downen was lost for the season with a foot injury against Foothill, defensive end Logan Crawford, who originally was a cornerback in the spring, stepped up and turned in strong performances week in and week out in league play. The result: Crawford was voted the Defensive Player of the Year, and was one of 10 Hillmen to earn 1st team all-league honors. Crawford finished with 32 tackles, including 5 tackles for loss, and 3.5 sacks in PVL play. Below are the other Hillmen players who earned 1st and 2nd team honors.
